Complaints
If you have contacted us and are unhappy with the way we have dealt with you, we want to know. We want to put things right and we always welcome suggestions to help us improve our performance.

If you cannot sort out the problem with the person you have been dealing with, ask them for the name of their manager. You can then ask to speak, or if you prefer write to them. They will certainly investigate your complaint and tell you what they are going to do about it. Most complaints are settled in this way, very often immediately, If this is not the case, we always aim to respond within ten working days.

If you are still not satisfied, you can write to the Chief Executive:

Ian R Fielder
Number One Building
The Causeway
Bishop’s Stortford
Hertfordshire

... who will see that your complaint is followed up promptly and fairly.

  Entrance to offices

The entrance to Number One Building is off Bridge Street. Please press the automated intercom system at the main doors. This will contact a member of staff who will allow you access to the building. Please use either the lift or the stairs to the first floor, where we are located. Here you will need to use another intercom system to gain access to our waiting area where you will be met by an available member of staff.

By road - M11:

From the north, take the A120 exit to Colchester at Junction 8 on the M11.

From the south, take the exit toward A120(W) at Junction 8a and merge onto the A120 (signposted Bishop’s Stortford).

At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A1250/Dunmow Road and then proceed over 2 roundabouts. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit into Bridge Street and turn right into Old River Lane where you will find the car park.  At the entrance, turn right at the mini roundabout into the short stay public car park (Waitrose car park is for customers only).  Follow the path on foot through the building’s car park (alongside Old River Lane) and towards the entrance to our offices. Alternatively, you can use the undercover parking located on Dunmow Road, next to Sainsbury’s.
