Helping members shape their careers

BIFM have teamed up with C2 Careers, to offer members a range of bespoke advice and careers services for FM professionals at any stage in their career.

We can....

Help you find the career direction that is best for you	Help manage the transition from work to retirement
Provide the guidance you need to change careers/ industries or to become self employed	Provide guidance should your job be at risk due to redundancy cuts
Help you progress in your current career	Give support to help you successfullly navigate your way back into employment

Career Coaching

All career coaching sessions are one-to-one (either face-to-face, via email, Skype or phone). Before the session, we will ask you to fill in a career development form and send us your CV; the information you supply here allows your adviser to tailor a bespoke session to ensure that you get the advice and guidance that you need.

Career coaching

Book sessions one at a time, as and when you need them. Meet with an adviser, one-to-one, for a personal session. Making payment for the session entitles you to a five day access card to the C2 information resources library

This package gives you the chance to explore in depth the career options available to you.

Price: £145 per session (1 hour)

Price: £495 (4 hour session)

Job Application Coaching

CV or application review Have your CV or application reviewed to ensure that you are marketing yourself effectively through detailed feedback.	Interview coaching Prepare for the real thing by undergoing rigorous questioning and obtaining constructive feedback
Price: £145 (1 hour, face to face) £75 (30 minutes, via phone) £49 (30 minutes, via email) Please note skype sessions are also available	Price: £145 (1 hour) £290 (2 hour)
