The last examinations will be held on the 1st and 2nd June 2010 and will be for re-sit candidates only
The BIFM Examinations
The examinations are split into Part I and II.
Part I consists of 3 modules. It is suitable for those in the early stages of an FM career or for those who wish to consolidate their knowledge. It aims to test the candidate’s awareness and knowledge of these elements within the BIFM Part I Examination syllabus.
Part II consists of 4 modules which explore the same areas of the BIFM syllabus as Part I but in greater depth and from a more strategic perspective. (Part II Examination syllabus)
Tuition Providers for Part I and Part II
The BIFM does not run its own courses but there are a number of organisations that offer tuition for our exams. Candidates may choose a Course Provider that best suits their preferred learning style and geographical location. Course start dates vary so please contact the individual Course Providers directly for information.

Fees
Course Provider Fees - The cost of tuition varies so please contact the Course Providers directly to discuss the tuition fees with them.
BIFM Examination Fees - Candidates pay the BIFM for each exam that is sat. Please click on Fees to view the current Examination prices.
Examination Results
Candidates receive their exam results approximately 12 weeks after the exam sittings. The results letters are posted to the candidates’ home addresses. Please click here for further information about the BIFM exam Results and Certificates policy.

Appeals
Click here to find the BIFM appeals policy . Appeals applications must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the exam results at a cost of £21 per module. This fee will be refunded to any candidate whose appeal is upheld.
