Programmes have been designed to minimise the amount of employee “down-time” and to enable the development of individuals who cannot access traditional training routes due to work or domestic commitments. MOL’s blend includes:

• Self directed learning materials that are interactive and highly practical and are provided in the most suitable media for the learning required, including printed workbooks, audio files, and interactive resources available on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

• Highly experiential workshops where participants work with facilitators (who are external practitioners with specific industry knowledge) to consolidate their learning and focus on the application of the theories and models into practice in their own organisation.

• Support and direction from practitioner facilitators who can be contacted by telephone and email at all times throughout the programme.

MOL has a strong back office team who manage both the quality assurance of its provision and the complex logistics of nationwide delivery.
