BIFM Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management Practice

Achievement reflects the ability to identify and use relevant understanding, methods and skills to address problems that are well defined but complex and non-routine. It includes taking responsibility for overall courses of action as well as exercising autonomy and judgement within fairly broad parameters. It also reflects understanding of different perspectives or approaches within an area of study or work. (Ofqual– Regulatory arrangements for the QCF)

Who are they for?

The Level 4 is aimed at operational experienced managers and is designed to provide a learner with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and competence within the work place across a broad range of facilities management functions.

 Choosing the units

Depending on the size of qualification, you will have a certain number of mandatory units that you have to complete. After this, you can make up your remaining credits by choosing from the available units.
