Level 3 qualifications in facilities management are available in three different sizes; you can choose the size to suit your needs:

• Award – will give you a succinct overview of the basic skills and knowledge needed at this level
• Certificate – will broaden the skills and knowledge gained
• Diploma – will develop a comprehensive range of facilities management skills alongside key leadership and management skills.
