The company provides outsourced FM, building and property services to more than 50,000 client sites throughout the UK & Ireland. Unique management systems & processes offer creative solutions to retail, corporate & public sector clients, building upon our strong heritage (Chesterton & Sears Group Properties) to deliver management expertise across a comprehensive range of value adding services that support our clients' activities.

FM services are delivered via onsite or remote teams, supported by a 24/7 helpdesk, specialist procurement team, professional property expertise and building surveying & technical skills. Clients can choose their services on a 'pick and mix' basis, according to how their operation is structured & what expertise they require for support, with SGP acting as either managing agent or principal contractor.
