Workplace Management are the FM component of the SPV for the new terminal building at Inverness Airport built and operated under the PFI. Workplace Management are responsible for all terminal management activities and the delivery of services to airline staff and passengers.

Their performance won them the Best Practice in a PFI/PPP project Award. The service delivery strategy, using operational staff from an airline background and training them in FM (rather than teaching facilities managers about airlines) has proven to be a winner.
