BIFM Award for Sustainability 2006

For this award the judges were seeking to understand the nature of the sustainability initiative, how it was applied to a specific project, the rationale behind its conception and how its impact on social, environmental and economic sustainability was measured.
 
In addition they wanted to understand how best practice is used in the host business and how its staff and visitors were involved in this.
