Award Objectives
This award recognises that major growth and consolidation within our industry has refined the corporate outlook of the foremost organisations. A long term strategic view on Communications and Marketing will help sustain expansion whilst retaining customer and staff loyalty.
Judging Criteria
Six key features will be examined during judging:
- Clarity of objectives within the organisation
- How compelling is the campaign? (The external perspective)
- The extent to which the campaign promotes both the company and FM overall
- How has the overall strategy been reinforced internally? (Internal communication)
- What tools, platforms and techniques have been used? (Innovations)
- What outcomes were achieved? Did these match the objectives?
