This award is to recognise the best FM team in the UK providing services to corporate occupiers.

The dynamic nature of corporate occupiers places continually changing demands on FM teams. Service standards in leading corporates can be core to the business positioning and often must be outstanding. Of equal importance are cost-driven, innovative solutions in response to dramatic market changes in other businesses.  All can inspire exceptional responses from the FM teams.  In-house teams, outsourced service provider teams and hybrids of both are involved in delivering wide ranging services under facilities management service level agreements and a wide and diverse range of commercial contracts.

The key criterion for award entry is the ultimate client organisation is a private sector business.

Judging Criteria:

Seven key factors will be examined during judging:

1. Clarity of objectives within the organisation?

2. Progress over time and positive change delivered?

3. Evidence of excellence in service delivery to the client organisation?

4. Demonstration of the drivers of team motivation and client alignment?

5. Outstanding achievements within the prior twelve months?

6. Innovative initiatives and outcomes achieved?

7. Future ambitions?  How do these enhance the perception of the FM profession?
