Award Criteria:
The aim of this Award is to attract a wide range of entries that demonstrate the high performance of facilities planned, designed and managed to support the commercial, community and social activities of an organisation. The entry should demonstrate the quality of a physical and/or virtual environment, which makes a significant contribution to a successful business. It will invariable relate to a portfolio of properties, individual buildings and/or fit out. In the context of this award a virtual environment is one that could be created by computer generated systems.
