The key criterion for award entry is the ultimate client organisation is a property owner / investor.

1. Clarity of objectives within the organisation?

2. Progress over time and positive change delivered?

3. Evidence of excellence in service delivery to both the client organisation and tenant occupiers?

4. Demonstration of the drivers of team motivation and client alignment?

5. Outstanding achievements within the prior twelve months?
