This award is to recognise the best FM team in the
The extent of change in public sector support services has been significant in the last two decades. Innovation alongside exceptional and tightly defined service standards are the new defining starting positions for evaluation of team performance. Today, in-house teams, outsourced service provider teams and hybrids of both are involved in delivering wide ranging services under facilities management service level agreements and contracts. These teams operate within traditional structures, public private partnerships and long-term private finance initiative models amongst many other alternatives.
The key criterion for award entry is the ultimate client organisation being a public sector body.
Judging Criteria:
Seven key factors will be examined during judging:
1. Clarity of objectives within the organisation?
2. Progress over time and positive change delivered?
3. Evidence of excellence in service delivery to the client organisation?
4. Demonstration of the drivers of team motivation and client alignment?
5. Outstanding achievements within the prior twelve months?
6. Innovative initiatives and outcomes achieved?
7. Future ambitions? How do these enhance the perception of the FM profession?
