This demonstrated the project approach to identify and resolve a specific issue for passengers with reduced mobility in airport travel/ transportation using PDA technology. Required to meet DDA compliance and improved service delivery for all parties.
Very positive solution with great benefits to the customer and clients although currently limited to one airport. A very adaptable and scalable model for use across wider industry.
