This was a well presented system, which uniquely supports the consistent investigation of risks, and identifies most appropriate options for solution and mitigation. It also provides an audit trail of the decision making process and is the first example of an holistic corporate risk analysis system that any of the judging panel had witnessed. The BBC demonstrated that the implementation of this system provides them with a real insight into risk levels and project solutions, enabling smart review and prioritisation of capital expenditure. This is achieved through an easy to use system to assess and prioritise all areas of infrastructure risk.

This entrant was awarded top score by all 4 judges in the presentation panel and therefore declared the unanimous winner.
