The FM Consultant of the Year Award recognises the delivery of business-led solutions from any FM consultancy, large or small.
Submitting your entry
The consultancy must demonstrate in their submission how they have worked with a client or clients as a strategic partner to develop and deliver creative models or leading-edge solutions in the FM market, in any sector(s). Their entry must demonstrate through specific case studies how they have positively impacted the client business or sectors they have supported, both commercially and in terms of their core business drivers.
Judging criteria
Entrants must present their completed submission via email in the order that addresses the following judging criteria.
1. How the consultancy provided an aligned and integrated solution.
2. Illustration of how you delivered a value-for-money initiative.
3. Case Study examples showing how you have created strategic business-focussed solutions.
4. How your solution has delivered value creation to the client organisation.
5. Descriptions and evidence of best practice/leading-edge initiatives developed and delivered as part of this solution.
6. How the solution is sustainability focussed.

In this category any consulting team large or small has the opportunity to showcase their expertise and industry leading solutions in support of a single client or a range of companies. Size is not what matters in this award category it is all about contribution and the value added to your client(s). We are looking for dynamic and innovative teams who can clearly demonstrate leading edge thinking and solutions that have added real value to the FM industry. Winning this award will give any team the chance to showcase their solutions to a much wider audience and ensure that they are seen as thought leaders in the FM marketplace.
