The internal client is not mandated to use the Property and FM Department but despite this, the business has grown significantly with more and more internal clients choosing this option. BAE showed great vision and leadership and created a one-stop shop for all services. They focused on restructuring their team to align with the business and trained 800 people in two years.  They demonstrated numerous robust environmental and community initiatives. 30% reduction on cost base including savings due to a risk management approach to maintenance.

EE have a clear five year plan in place and can demonstrate significant success over the last 12 months, since they merged with Orange. Two organisations have come together and created a new team which is aligned to the new business.  Cost savings of 25.5m are on track. A pragmatic approach to procurement allowed the service to be refreshed and re-engineered in very short timescales.  Numerous environmental initiatives and HSE has been embedded into everything the team do. Showed energy and honesty when dealing with the changes to the team and created an employee engagement plan for the first 100 days. Work very closely with their service providers who are driven by the vision and goals.  Successful and impressive statistics.
