The In-House Client Team of the Year award recognises the outstanding contributions made by a team in client organisations, large or small.
Submitting your entry
The team must demonstrate the positive impact and contribution made to the core business they support. The submission must show evidence of how the team provides solutions that are strategically aligned and integrated with key business stakeholders, through a motivated and high-performing team.
Judging criteria
Entrants must present their completed submission via email in the order that addresses the following judging criteria.
1. How the service delivery solution is aligned to the core business.
2. Examples of value-driven initiatives showing tangible results.
3. Illustrations of how the team has created strategic business-focussed solutions.
4. Leading-edge ideas and best practice.
5. Descriptions and evidence of good people management, including talent management, succession and recognition.
6. How the service delivery is environmentally conscious and community focused.

“I am looking for entrants who are managing a changing business environment requiring them to adapt the FM service to meet the needs of the business. Entries are invited from in-house FM teams demonstrating the provision of modern and agile facilities services using best practice methods.”
