WINNER

> Britvic Soft Drinks: Breakspear Park

What the judges say ….

The project covers a major re-location of the Britvic Head Office from Chelmsford to Hemel Hempsted and more importantly a step change in how the business was to collaborate and grow its market presence as One Britvic. The FM team formed a significant part of delivering this change and worked closely with the HR and Executive team to deliver not just the physical ‘shift’ but the move in achieving the business’ aim of collaboration and growth. The team were able to justify the impact they had achieved with real evidence in terms of collaboration, staff retention, cost savings, work life balance and providing the space they needed to be One Britvic.

HIGHLY COMMENDED

> Google, Ireland: Google EMEA HQ Dublin

What the judges say ….

A significant campus site in Dublin where the team are looking to provide a ‘home’ feel for the Google employees. The facilities services are significant and delivered to a very high quality with a focus on supporting space to meet the working and social needs of the employees. Collaboration across employees is a significant feature and the shared spaces to achieve this are varied and substantial with a large selection of both informal and formal space and furniture selections. The FM team also focus on wellbeing with a large variety of refreshments and leisure facilities available to the staff throughout the day.
