They were eloquent in their presentation and clearly had a very good understanding of the industry and of BIFM. They demonstrated an intelligent and structured approach to supply chain management and created a programme called Good to Great, that was subsequently rolled out, by other parts of the business. They were environmentally aware and created some interesting fun events for the team to celebrate success.  A very strong submission and a winner.
