Award winner - HSS Hire
This award recognises the contribution made by communication and marketing to the success of an FM organisation or team. Re-branding, profile-raising and facilitating change are just a few examples of communication and marketing programmes that can be entered.
Judging criteria:
- Clarity of the campaign objectives
- The extent to which the campaign promotes the company and FM overall
- The tools and techniques used
- An assessment of the value of the campaign – tangible and non-tangible
- A description of how was success measured
- An evaluation of whether the campaign meets the objectives
- A discussion of the “the investments vs. the benefits”
