Service Provider of the Year Award
Award winner- Westway
Westway was an exceptional entry not seen in the original submission. Niche service offering &applying principles of common sense with M&S who wanted us to challenge the existing regime.
Through their thorough pre-contract investigations and investment they won the contract and showed M&S the way demonstrating inspiring best practice. A Team inspired approach and solution by a small FM service company in the delivery of outstanding services with total accountability and involvement with stakeholders.
The use of their own IT measures and solutions are now seen by M&S as developing IT solutions in partnership with the M&S property team and to challenge conventional approaches to maintenance and repairs.
M&S had a limited maintenance model which could not provide the information needed by the M&S organisation. Westway and M&S worked tirelessly together to address this and lead the DC network into the 21st century.
