In addition to running a calendar of inspirational and motivational monthly events, Liz Kentish and her team at Women in FM also run a free of charge mentoring scheme, and now have a LinkedIn group as well as their own section on www.networkwithbifm.org.uk.

With almost 1300 members subscribed to the group, about 1/3 of them are men – this shows that WIFM is not an exclusive club! 

Committee members take on many additional duties, including speaking at The Facilities Show, ThinkFM, Total Workplace Management and Euro FM Summit. 

Each member of the committee has shared their own development plan for the year, and they support each other to step out of their comfort zones, adding value personally as well as professionally!
