For the first time, the Scottish Region of the BIFM is holding its annual conference in  conjunction with the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh on 18th June 2008.

With the main theme being ’Healthy and Creative FM’, two highly acclaimed guest speakers, Professor Frank Duffy and Professor David Canter as well as six other international keynote speakers will give presentations on subjects ranging from ’The Significance of Place: From Open Plan Offices to Serial Killers’ to ’Preferences for Plants on Offices’. With hospitality and access to the conference seminars competitively priced at £100+ vat for BIFM members (students £45+ vat) more details can be found on the link below.
