Location: Fire Services College, Moreton-in-the-Marsh
Date: July 10th 2008

16:00 – Arrival, Refreshments and networking
Tea/coffee/juices and some pastries for 30 delegates in Belfast Room in the Four Shires Complex

16:15 – Welcome & Notices

16.25 – Tour
2 mini bus’s to give a tour of the Fire/Incident Grounds

17.15 – Ian Stroud, Director of Estates and Infrastructure Services
A presentation on Ian’s vision for the future of the site and the challenges being faced by the College.

17.30 – The BIFM Institute Chair – Ian Fielder
This will take the form of a presentation by Ian on where the institute is progressing to and the opportunity to ask your burning questions on the BIFM or FM in general, so please be ready to ask away.

18:00 - Annual General Meeting
The formal side of electing or selecting a committee to manage your aspirations, be ready to volunteer or vote.

18.30 Networking
Tea/coffee/juices and some pastries for 30 delegates.

19.00 Departure
The Belfast Room is on the first floor and is fully accessible to wheelchair users via platform stair lift. As you would appreciate an evacuation chair is available and a trained operator will be in attendance at the event. It would be appreciated however if you could let me know if anyone is likely to need these facilities.
