Details	17:00 Registration A very brief regional AGM will be held at the start of the event 17:30 Welcome – Karen Chisman, Facilities Manager, SAS UK 17:40 Workplace Strategy - Phil Ratcliffe, Procore Phil will talk about the ‘new generation worker’ as well as other key workplace issues facing FMs today.
