Details This course will provide you with a fresh look at FM outsourcing. It takes best practice from major outsource initiatives within a variety of sectors and applies it to Facilities Management outsourced relationships. You will come away with a better understanding of how to work with the outsource providers, and learn what can go wrong. It will help you to make sure the providers deliver tangible value, and will show how you can provide your teams with a clear behavioural strategy that everyone can use in a consistent way.

The objectives for this day are to:

• define what makes a successful outsource successful;
• show how to analyse the type of outsource relationship;
• teach four ways of working with the outsource provider.

Description

Outsource failure is common, ongoing (Ok we’ll live with it) frustration with outsource relationships is even more wide spread, while highly successful outsourced contracts seem very difficult to attain. This course suggests why this is the case, and then provides four different ways of managing an FM outsource contract to stop the tail wagging the dog, take the right level of control, and build a really successful arrangement.

This fun and engaging event will provide you with a new view of your current and future outsource initiatives, and provide the tools and knowledge to make a difference to the way they deliver in the future.
