Details Business Networking Event
The Electric Barge, Little Venice
Thursday 9th July 4pm-7.30pm*

> Are you part of a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME)?
> Would you like to save money and improve your environmental performance?
> Do you need to demonstrate green credentials to win new clients?
> Are you concerned about complying with forthcoming environmental legislation?

If you answered Yes to any of the above the EcoVate team can help.

The EcoVate project provides free environmental support to London-based SMEs to improve environmental performance and efficiency. We help SMEs to identify cost-effective and sustainable solutions for the management of resources, energy and waste.

EcoVate business advisors can provide up to 5 days of FREE expert support to help raise environmental awareness within your organisation, identify areas where improvements can be made, and provide the knowledge and support to implement innovative environmental solutions.

If you own or are part of a small or medium-sized enterprise, and would like support to green your office/business practices, this event will give you the chance to:

> Find out more about EcoVate and how you could benefit
> Get environmental advice from our expert advisors
> Network with other like-minded businesses
> Speak to the NetRegs team (www.netregs.gov.uk) for guidance on complying with environmental law
> Take in the views as the barge sails up the Regents Canal, past London Zoo to Camden, before returning to Little Venice

If you would like to attend this free event or for more information please contact Lydia Burdett at the Centre for Environment and Safety Management for Business (CESMB): l.burdett@mdx.ac.uk or call on 020 7411 6276. For more information about EcoVate log on to www.wix.com/ecovate/ecovate.

*If you are unable to attend for the whole trip it is possible to board/disembark at Camden halfway through the event, please contact Lydia Burdett at CESMB for details
