Details	The Professional Facilities Manager 2 (Intermediate Module II) Aim To provide the managerial skills and knowledge that will improve the effectiveness of facilities managers, with particular focus on building successful relationships and commercial awareness Objectives By the end of this course you will be able to describe: Techniques for Performance Improvement in FM Key issues of Commercial Awareness How to optimise and develop staff and skills How to develop effective relationships with Suppliers & Specialists The essentials of Relationship Management Information & Knowledge Management using IT and Technology How to improve Personal Effectiveness in FM How critical Communication is to the role of FM Description Intended for: public and private sector staff with a minimum of two or three years’ management experience in the field, that wish to focus on improving their performance through developing more effective relationships Suitable delegates would include: facilities / premises / estates or site services managers; project planners and managers; and consultants / advisers assisting clients with policy-making.
