| Details | Scotland’s Parliament recently passed the most ambitious climate change legislation of any industrialised nation, targeting a 42% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2020. To meet this challenge requires Facilities Managers who understand how buildings operate and have the clear management skills to generate strategies which will reduce energy consumption and lower carbon emissions. To this end you are invited to attend a one day Master Class on the Carbon Reduction Commitment at Heriot Watt University’s new Postgraduate Centre, opened in August 2009.
