| Details | Does TUPE leave you feeling the need to wrap a cold towel around your head? Do you know what TUPE stands for? Do you even care? Love it or loath it, inheriting new team members when companies are acquired or contracts won is a frequent occurrence for those with operational responsibilities in FM. You don’t need to know the law but what you do need is practical and helpful advice on the implications of TUPE for you and your team, your organisation and your HR colleagues’.
