Details The Litmus Partnership is delighted to host an event in conjunction with the BIFM Home Counties at Mercedes-Benz World.
The topic for the event, “Lifting the Lid on Catering” will provide an insight into the contract catering market and give delegates some of the proven tools and techniques necessary to managing a successful catering business

The UK contract catering market has seen rapid growth over the last decade and is now valued in excess of £4.1billion and is set to grow even through this challenging economic climate.
With businesses constantly looking at ways to reduce their operating costs catering can often be one of the first services to feel the sharp blade of the knife.
However the challenges then are

- Can you be assured that whatever is proposed is appropriate, achievable and sustainable
