| Details | There are 24 hours in a day. Always! So why does time keep running out. This master class will be run by Beverley Thompson, Director, Humanics Being able to manage time is an essential business skill. Good time management can make you more efficient and effective in your work and it can actually help you to enjoy it more. The presentation session aims to provide you with information and techniques that will help you to be a better manager of time. During the session you will have the opportunity to explore how you approach time and how you manage it. You will gain better understanding of the challenges that your approach creates for you and identify the key skills required for effective time management. During the session there will be the opportunity to interact with fellow FM’s, participate in discussion and complete short exercises on a range of time management issues. By the end of the presentation session you will have information on and further tools & techniques to help you: · Understand where your time goes? And why? · Identify your ‘time management’ gremlins · Be more effective with your time · Develop the key skills that you need to make the most of your time |
