Details	This informative and collaborative evening, is intended to provide a confidential forum where you can ask industry specialists those questions and pose scenarios that come up in your everyday FM life, as well as sharing your own experiences to develop solutions for others. The experts who’ll be on hand are recognised industry leaders in their field with many years experience in the following disciplines; - Cleaning, - Catering, - Front of House, - M&E, - Security. Each of these disciplines will form the 5 key discussion points of the FM Surgery. The event will be shaped around the issues that are currently being faced in your workplace today. Therefore, when you confirm your attendance to the event, it is requested that you forward a question or scenario which you would like discussed/answered at the event. Please forward your questions, ideally no later than Friday 13th May; questions will be treated confidentially and no names or company details will be disclosed on the evening. In order to provide guidance, there are some example questions at the bottom of this email. The BIFM representatives will be staying on and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Example Discussion points: Cleaning • How can you demonstrate added value to a cleaning contract? M&E • What should be measured on a M&E Contract? Front of House • Can job shares work on reception and if so, what are the pros and cons? Security • How do I ensure my manned guards react competently during an emergency? This is especially difficult since a reduction in resource means no scope for training whilst off duty. Food/Hospitality • The food offering on the high street is evolving extremely quickly; how do I ensure that my in-house restaurant can compete with that variety and high quality?
