| Details | Event details: Site tour and presentation. The short presentation will discuss what businesses can do to effectively manage their waste as well as legislation driving the waste management industry. The tour encompasses all the operations at the Lower Compton site which include: · Material Recovery Facility · Household Recycling Centre · Green Waste Recycling Site · Wood Waste Recycling Site · Waste Water Processing Plant · Gas Engines · Landfill Site There will be a health and safety briefing on arrival. Attendees will need steel toe cap boots and will be provided with hard hats and Hi Viz clothing. Tea, Coffee and pastries will be available upon arrival and prior to departure. Registration will take place 8.30 and 9am. Tour begins at 9:15 which will take an 1 hour and 15 minutes – back to the meeting room for Questions and Answers and further refreshments. Close 11am. Site parking provided |
