Attending an employment tribunal can be a daunting prospect. Although designed to be informal in comparison to civil courts, in practice they have become more process driven with the need to exchange lists of documents and witness statements. In this practical session, we will give you an overview of the tribunal structure and process, an insight into what witnesses face in terms of giving evidence and being challenged on it, and tips on traps for the unwary. On Tuesday, 21st September 2010 At noon for prompt commencement at 12.30 p.m. Charles Russell LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD Fleet Place is off Farringdon Street - nearest station is City Thameslink; Underground stations are Farringdon and Chancery Lane.
