Details Whether you believe the talk of recovery or not, organisations are still intent on rationalising and building more efficient processes into how non-core activities such as real estate and facilities management are managed In other parts of the world the divisions are not as clear cut as they tend to be in the UK. It seems likely that the UK can learn from those geographies where property and fm are more closely aligned and adopt the most relevant initiatives to this market. Paul Lanham (Service Community Leader, FM Consulting) and Bob Parkin (Partner FM Consulting) of EC Harris will illustrate the art of the possible making reference to how global business is pulling together real estate and FM functions to understand and implement more streamlined property strategies.
