| Details | The Catering & Hospitality SIG is delighted to invite you to our first event of the year - Customer Loyalty – What Can Your Caterers Do? In our Olympic year the United Kingdom continues to be a challenging and tough environment for catering providers. For this event we will be looking at what steps operators are taking to meet the changing trends and market demands to earn loyalty and attract custom, whilst working in really difficult times, with cost conscious customers and an ever more competitive market. Come and join us on Wednesday 29th February at Lloyd’s of London and hear Tim Hammond Chief Executive and Tim Bowley, Managing Director of Business and Industry at Elior on how they are tackling, head on, the challenge. We are thrilled to be able to invite you to our first event of 2012 in such a great setting. The Lloyd’s Building is situated in the heart of The City, being an architectural landmark and one of the most recognisable sights on the ever-changing London skyline. Richard Rogers’ modernist masterpiece is one of the few buildings that remain synonymous with its occupants, 25 years after it opened.
