Driving Efficiency and Improving the Customer Experience using technology (including the BIFM South Region AGM)
25th January 2017 (5:30PM)
|Location||Specsavers, Forum 6, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Hampshire PO15 7PA|
|Details||The FM industry has often struggled in identifying the true customer. Is it the client who pays the bill? Is it the lead FM who manages the overall day to day operations or is it in fact the end user who may never pay for the service? In today’s environment a successful enterprise requires a clear and sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace. A strategic differentiation can be gained by focusing on the single most important element of success – the customer. A business can ensure success by managing the customer relationship and providing world-class customer care, delivering services as efficiently as possible.
Our expert speaker, Tim Cook will share with you his experience from various sectors illustrating different ways organisations have used technology to improve services and save money or evaluated customer desire against customer spend, made comparisons and adapted their approach accordingly. He maintains that in the platform era, brands who put the relationship with their customers at the centre of their business model will win over the ones who think they are the centre of their customers’ life. He will articulate the value of developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that is oriented around a common, clearly communicated vision and migration path to achieve customer satisfaction using technology.
We have allowed for a maximum of 60 attendees for this rare opportunity to gain knowledge and boost your CPD by attending this event. This evening is open to all and we encourage you to invite friends and colleagues, even if they are not members of the BIFM.
Tim Cook is a leading expert in the digital & innovation space, Tim has managed over 5000 staff, a £2BN revenue line, and brings a unique perspective of not only digital and change programmes, but an understanding of the very real pressures met in the modern business world. Tim joined nGAGE Specialist Recruitment as Group CEO in February 2013. Tim had previously worked at Hays, where he operated as the UK Managing Director, before becoming the Global Head of Digital and Innovation.
We would like to thank Specsavers for hosting this event and providing refreshments and our speaker for sharing their knowledge and experience.
