Is it the lead FM who manages the overall day to day operations or is it in fact the end user who may never pay for the service? He will articulate the value of developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that is oriented around a common, clearly communicated vision and migration path to achieve customer satisfaction using technology.

Tim joined nGAGE Specialist Recruitment as Group CEO in February 2013. Tim had previously worked at Hays, where he operated as the UK Managing Director, before becoming the Global Head of Digital and Innovation.
