Jonathan Cowlan and Stacy Keen: Pinsent Masons’ Role Play: Interview under caution…
Whether you are an employer, an employee or a health and safety manager or consultant, you owe duties to protect people in the workplace. With the best will in the world, we realise that things can still go wrong and during an investigation the Police / HSE may suspect that individuals have committed an offence and interview them under caution. The Pinsent Masons role play “interview under caution” event aims to show what could happen to you and others within your organisation if personally suspected of having committed a health and safety offence.
