This is an IOSH accredited course which will involve passing a 30-minute assessment based on multiple choice questions

Workpalce risk assessments are a legal requirement under UK law, so it is essential that you have somebody on-site who is trained to carry out the procedure. We show you how to evaluate and manage risks in your workplace in line with working practices and procedures as required by the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

The main legal requirements for risk assessment & control
Hazards, risks & basic principles of risk assessment
Carry out, record & review straightforward risk assessments in the workplace
Identify when specific or more complex risk assessments are required
Understanding the principles of prevention & identify suitable measures to remove or control significant risks
