Details Energy Management & Employment Law

With no procurement savings to be had, the only way forward is to use less energy. The issue can no longer be ignored. Centrally responsible for the broad range of activities that affect the bulk of consumption, FM providers must take the lead.
Witness the growth of energy inclusive FM contracts and conservation-based energy management. Guaranteed consumption savings offered at the outset of a contract. Capital and labour costs of plant installation paid for by provider. Energy audits, lifecycle plant assessment and staff education are all critical.
Necessity is the mother of invention. Huge technological change is taking place. With access to the right resources via their providers, FMs can improve energy performance and increase their influence in the boardroom.
