Details	A practical day for senior-level FMs exploring a range of tools and techniques that can be used in problem solving; this intensive one day course will equip the senior FM with tools to progress from the identification of a problem through to the communication of a recommended course of action to solve that problem. It includes how to adopt a targeted approach to data – its identification, collection, management, verification and communication. It will look at the tools and methods including ‘Root Cause Analysis’ that are available to FMs and the range of information that is already available to them, and how to avoid ‘analysis paralysis’. It closes with how to recommend solutions for senior management or the board to action, and looks at business cases, business reports and board level presentations.
