Details	This session will give you the opportunity to understand how to measure performance from facilities management and support services operations through to strategic reporting at executive level. Companies recognise the increasing pressure (and benefit) to create value not only for shareholders, but for the society their businesses impact – they have to demonstrate improved performance in three key areas of enterprise: Economic, Social and Environmental. Just as financial reporting is verified, reported and challenged at AGM’s, so too will claims made about performance of these non-financial metrics. The day will help align your FM strategy with corporate goals, make FM the platform for corporate social responsibility, and raise your profile utilising simple, effective performance measurement methods. About the speaker - Lionel Prodgers, the principal of agent4FM, has been at the forefront of the development of FM practice in business and is regarded as a pioneer of FM having created the first independent FM company in the UK, and held senior executive management positions within large corporates and has a grasp of best FM practice around the world. He is a past chairman of BIFM and Euro FM and is a board director of IFMA.
