Details The techniques and skills learned during this workshop can be applied to any challenge you face in facilities management. It will show you how creativity can be a part of every element of your work, even the most mundane aspects, and how it is a vital part of any leader’s toolbox. Whilst a preference for creative tasks and a natural grasp of the processes may be second nature to some individuals, the skills needed to generate original ideas can be taught to anyone. This workshop explores different tools, techniques and models and develops a language around creativity and an attitude towards ideas to take back to the workplace.
