Course decription

A bewildering range of Acts of Parliament, Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and Guidance Notes form the framework of Health & Safety Compliance in the UK. A number of well-publicised prosecutions, civil actions and government initiatives are increasingly focussing attention on the human and financial cost of non-compliance – no one can afford to ignore these, from the Board downwards.
