Midlands Region

The Midlands Region covers a vast area with the country’s second city Birmingham at its western edge, on the east is the North Sea, to the north is the Potteries, to the south is Cheltenham and the Home Counties.

We have over 1400 members in the region with a huge mix of talents and responsibilities; from education establishments to the military, from hospitals to factories, from pubs to retails companies, all professional facilities managers are represented. We have the complete range of understanding from students studying FM to Fellows who can teach us all. We have consultants and advisors with many FMs working together to the sole practitioner which can be a lonely existence.
It is our aim and objective to involve all, coordinate needs and put on events for learning and networking.

Our committee is drawn from the membership and works hard to satisfy the needs but can always be helped by some more assistance to perform specific tasks or those who wish to learn to serve the larger membership.

If you have ideas that can help FMs to provide their customers with a better service we would like to know, and share it with you to benefit the profession.

Our events are free so click on the events page, choose your event and we look forward to meeting and sharing our experiences.

We are pleased to list below some of the companies who sponsor our events and make a valued contribution to our region. Just click on the hyperlink to make contact with them.
