South West Region
Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit our regional page.
As a team, we are working hard to plan, develop and deliver a diverse range of events to cater for all our members, recognising the exceptionally varied skills our members are required to have as facilities management professionals.
I am pleased to confirm that our programme for 2016 will include four quarterly training days (QTD) in Bristol in March, June, September and November as well as an event in Dorset. We are also looking to put on extra training days alongside our QTD offering and these dates will be confirmed in due course.
Our quarterly training days always prove to be very popular with our members and were well attended again last year.

At the end of 2015 we set ourselves 10 objectives for 2016-2017 and these include improving our offering to our members, increasing our member base, improving links with local schools, colleges and universities and introducing a training provision in the region.
We are keen to engage with any companies in the South West to show how the BIFM can help improve their company profiles and their people. Several Corporate member companies have attended our events and are now using the region to showcase their offerings.
If you have any ideas for events you would like to see run or topics you would like us to cover please don’t hesitate to contact myself or one of the committee.
