Welcome to our web pages.

 

The SW Committee aim to be as inclusive as we can in serving our membership and to promote interaction between members. We run a number of events on topics of interest throughout the year and try to respond to specific requests on subject matter.

 

We recognise that not everyone can find the time to travel to a formal event, but we are happy to support local groups and to encourage networking amongst our members in their local business communities. If you can provide a venue, of any size, we can provide a speaker or someone to lead a discussion on good practice.

 

Just two members talking will constitute a network; if we can make that half a dozen or more we have the basis for a strong mutual support group, and meetings can be just getting together for a coffee now and again. Just having someone you know to call to discuss a problem is a big step forward. If we can get to a point where the BIFM members in every town mostly know each other we will have added significant value to your membership.

 

Please feel free to contact myself or any of the Committee members on any topic, and do make use of the forum and document pages here and elsewhere on the BIFM web site as there is a wealth of knowledge to be tapped into.
