The group will gather existing information, share knowledge and exchange best practice regarding building services as related to facilities management and publish best pratice guides for FMs.
Methodology
- Determine scope of building services
- Gather data on current and future trends within the scope
- Consider how to share knowledge and produce best practice guides
- Consider how to exchange and communicate best practice
- Establish a communication plan on how best to disseminate the output of the specialist interest group.
- Set up a monitoring and review mechanism between the steering group (BIFM Executive) and the specialist interest group.
