Mission

To create a forum for facilities management professionals to pool knowledge, share experience and network in relation to the development of IT in its broadest sense.

Methodology

Categorise specific IT areas of interest.
Encourage information flow between the membership.
Establish forum rules and how this will be controlled/ monitored.
Produce best practice guidance for BIFM members
Share ideas, network, and bring in best practice from technology and identify how it can be applied in FM

Voluntary support

All members of the group are voluntary and any work done should not be for any commercial gain by individual companies. A meeting venue is to be established and this should be made available for meetings at no cost.
